Some insurance plans may cover up to 1 hour of your intensive, however traditionally insurance plans do not cover blocks of therapy session time. Please be sure to check with your individual plan to learn if you can be reimbursed. I can provided a form which can make requesting reimbursement easier.

Intensive save time and money.
You can complete a month or more worth of therapy sessions within 1 day! Reducing the need to set aside time for therapy each week unsure if you will be able to get in at a time that works for you. EMDR is also a proven method for treatment of ptsd and its components.

Absolutely! My specialty is complex ptsd and attachment wounding.! With an intensive you will take the time to resource and do activities that support your nervous system. You will also learn about attachment styles and do work towards repairing attachment wounding.
